About Me

In 2009 I almost died.

I sustained multiple life threatening injuries.

I didn’t think I would be able to live a normal life again.

I decided if I could just walk and ride my bicycle again I would be happy.

Those were my first goals.

I needed a plan:

I hired physical therapists and personal trainers.

They inspired me to be the best version of myself I can be.

I focused on what I knew I wanted.

I learned how to rebuild my body.

To be really good at something you have to give it 110%.

I worked hard and improved just a little more each day.

Now I am in the best shape of my life.

Throughout this process it became clear to me this is how I can help other people.

I decided to become a personal trainer.

It’s who I am.

I’ve learned simple and effective techniques that really make a difference.
